October 2, 2008- Three sets each:
- Squats while swinging Medicine Ball up and down
- Step on offs, on a high stepper
- Three sets each:
- seated leg curl – works hamstring
- Leg Raise Crunch
- Jumping Jacks
- Four sets each:
- Leg Extension
- Seated Crunch
- Run a lap
Felt unusually tired, so Rudy let me go. The Thursday (second session of the weets) sessions are are from 8:30 PM to 9:30. It is pretty late
