- Elevated Pushups – 20
- Hammer Curl on Bosu Ball
- Three sets each:
- Chestpress on Fitness Ball
- Pushoffs (like Pushups), Pushup position with one hand on Bosu Ball, move over to switch hands, repeat
- Three sets each:
- Abdominal sit-backs on Fitness Ball
- Rerse Crunch on Fitness Ball
- Three sets each:
- Lateral Raise
- Run a lap
- Three sets each:
- Triceps Dip
- Run a lap
- Three sets each:
- Seated Crunch
- Run a lap
