- Crunch – 20
- Three sets each:
- Push chair with weights acrross the room – works legs
- Jumpting Jacks
- Three sets each:
- Ones and Twos
- Squats with Medicine Ball – swing the ball up as you stand, down as you squat
- Three sets each:
- Lying Leg Press
- Calf Raise
- Run a lap
- Three sets each:
- Roman Chair /Captain’s chair Knee Raise
- Run a lap
