- Pushups on bosu ball
- Situps – all the way, without lifting heels
- Three sets each:
- Squat Thrust & lift Bosu ball – repleat 12 times
- Hammer curl – while kneeling on bosu ball (toes off the floor)
- Three sets each:
- Trices Dips using Bosu ball, feet on the floor
- Jumping Jacks – jump on the stepper and off to it’s sides
- Three sets each:
- Three sets each:
- Abs Crunch followd by pulses
- Run a lap
- Three sets each:
