September 11, 2008- Three sets each:
- Crunches – toe touchers
- Squat Thrust and Hop – 20 repitions
- Three sets each:
- 20 Lunges (last set while holding 10lb ball)
- Jumping Jacks – 30 seconds
- Three sets each:
- Calf Raise on Machine (May be because it is first time, it was more stress on foot than calves)
- Run a lap
- Three sets each:
- Lying Leg Press
- Run a lap
- Three sets each:
- Leg Extension – on machine
- Run a lap
