
Week Three – Session #5
September 2, 2008- Three sets each:
- Do steppers on Bosu Ball and randomly do pushups (raises your heartbeat and makes it more challenging)
- Chest Press with 20 lb ball with handles
- Three sets each:
- Crunch – touch both hands alternating foot
- Triceps Extension
- Three sets each:
- Dumbell (Inclined) Bench Press
- Machine Row
- Run a lap
This was a short session too but satisfying
